President, Amy Summers, founded Quality Administration in 2004 and plays an active role in the company’s daily operations and client relations.
Amy’s career track positioned her for this discipline early on. Following college, she managed revenue collection for a Physical Therapy practice. In addition, Amy has served as Administrator for two medical practices and in an Executive Administrative role for two hospital-owned multi-specialty groups.
Regarding all of her valuable past experience, Amy says, “I know how important it is to capture every bit of revenue in a complex receivable process. That's what inspired me to create a service focused on maximizing medical reimbursement.”
Amy credits the tireless efforts of her expert team for the numerous loyal clients that QA has amassed over the years. “This is a deeply committed group, determined to find answers that translate to payments for our clients,” she adds. "Our clients know it, and they appreciate it.”
